Looking Forward
As we move into the next quarter, we have some exciting opportunities on the horizon. We are preparing for a major product upgrade rollout at the end of the quarter, which will introduce a refreshed look and feel for Eyerys, in line with our new branding. This upgrade will include several eagerly awaited features such as enhanced reporting capabilities, increased flexibility in free-text responses, advanced survey filtering, and opt-out reporting. These enhancements are designed to make your engagement with our platform even more seamless and effective.
Externally, it’s been another great quarter working alongside our valued clients to enhance their CX and VOC programmes. This collaborative spirit is central to our mission, ultimately leading to better customer experiences in the real world—something we can all aspire to achieve.
